What is Legal Drafting?

Legal drafting involves structured preparation of petitions, applications, affidavits, appeals, and related court documents in proper legal format. It includes arranging facts chronologically, framing legal grounds, preparing index and annexures, and ensuring the petition is professionally structured and court-ready.

Clients and Advocates are required to provide relevant case papers, orders, and documents. We carefully review the file, prepare structured facts, draft proper pleadings, arrange annexures, and format the petition as per court standards. Case law research and clerical support are available as optional add-on services.

We make every effort to structure and draft petitions concisely and ensure that the total pages ordinarily do not exceed 20 pages, so that clients are not burdened with unnecessary additional page charges.
